Reservations & Deposits

  • Bookings are done on a first come, first served basis.
  • Confirm available dates by telephone (709-728-9662), followed by filling out the Book Your Hunt Form.
  • A deposit amount of 50% of your hunt cost is required.  We accept cash, money orders, and certified or personal checks.  Unfortunately, we do NOT accept credit cards at this time.
  • This deposit, along with the Book Your Hunt Form, must be received within 10 days of your telephone reservation.  Once your deposit is received, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
  • ONLY a deposit will hold your spot.
  • Due to the fact that we operate for such a short season, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We need to know the hunters are committed.
  • Former clients' spots will be available in “good faith” only to December 15th.  After December 15th all hunting spots are available for booking new clients.
  • Hunters who would like to rebook have until January 31st to submit deposits for all group members.
  • Hunters can ensure their rebooking spot for the following year by paying a $500 deposit upon departure and the remainder of their 50% by January 31st of the year of the hunt.
  • All hunters must complete a client/outfitter contract prior to hunting.  This can be done upon arrival in camp.
