At Maddhatter, our goal is to run in groups of 6-7 hunters, however, we will try to accommodate special requests. If your group is less than 6, we reserve the right to add additional hunters to your group. We do, however, offer a pro-rated scenario. If you’re coming as a group of 5 and you pay for the 6th hunter, this will ensure no one else gets added to your group.
In early and late season when snows are not plentiful, our goal is to hunt dark geese and ducks in the morning. If ducks present themselves in numbers where limits can be taken, this will be done on the morning hunt. This will therefore result in no afternoon hunt. In this event, we have horseshoe pits, dart boards, cribbage boards and a nearby shooting range to fill the rest of your day if you choose.
